Experiencia fantástica: I’m a travel nurse and I have been to a couple F45s around the country during my travel career. Since day one, the staff at Fairfax Farms have been amazing. Everyone has been welcoming, professional and helpful. Even the other members have been friendly and welcoming. Don’t be intimidated to get started, it’s a great place to workout regardless your athletic ability.

There is a superior sense of community here that can’t be beat! I definitely recommend this fitness facility!

Experiencia fantástica: The reason I am writing this review is because I saw someone give this business a 1 Star Review after saying one was discouraged to wear a mask and had an unpleasant encounter with the coaches. I have been visiting F45 Fairfax for the past 10 months at least three times a week. My wife also visits six times a week so I think I know the place pretty well. We have been going to gym throughout the different phases of CDC COVID-19 guidance and can vouch for the business that they were 100% compliant and cooperative. Like the reviewer, who gave the One Star review, I have a high risk person at home. So we still insist on wearing our masks during our workouts, even though we are vaccinated. However, I was never pressured to take my mask off or had any issues regarding it. It could be awkward sometimes as we are the only one wearing the mask but I believe that is a personal issue and a choice. We actually got many compliments for being able to do vigorous exercises wearing a mask. It’s a great gym that I like so check it out for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: This is definitely what helped get me through the pandemic. It is great showing up to a workout with such motivating and positive coaches. I've seen a huge improvement in my fitness over this year, and the classes are challenging, yet fun. The coaches are all great at pushing you to go further, while also encouraging you when you look like you're struggling to keep up. All you have to do is show up and the coaches, and music help bring the energy. All the members I've been in class with are equally encouraging and pleasant as well. It's a great environment

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of many gyms over the years. Big box gyms, small boutique gyms and everything in between. And while each have provided me with what I needed at the time, I've never had as Hugh quality of trainers as the trainers at F45. Encouragement is great but tell me about my form! Tell me how to lift heavier and perform better! That's what you get when you train at F45. Above and beyond that, though, is the community and family atmosphere you get at this gym. It will bring you back day after day and you will have fun with your new gym friends. Five stars, without hesitation. Love this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: My first workout here was in October and I was immediately hooked. F45 is a one of a kind, extremely intense, yet sustainable style of working out. I have never been pushed this hard at any other workout studio...and I’ve tried it all! Not only have I reached fitness milestones in a short period of time, I also feel stronger and more athletic. Not to mention; this studio is truly special. I have to travel quite a bit and ended up taking drop in classes at other studios...none of them compared to the Fairfax Farms location. The studio is pristine & I feel safe working out here during a pandemic. The owners Chris & Jason are kind hearted, personable, and professional. These two have built an incredible team of passionate, genuine humans to run this studio. Shout out to coaches Emily, Andrew, EK, and Eddie for being the best trainers I’ve ever had! You can be social, make friends, and join their close knit community or be more introverted like myself & just come get your workout done without mingling. No matter what your style is, you’ll be welcomed with open arms here! The moment I walked into this studio, I felt taken care of. If you’re even considering trying F45 Fairfax Farms, just bite the bullet and do it. I promise you won’t regret it!!
