Experiencia fantástica: Good workout. Instructors are knowledgeable and keep you motivated. All sizes and shapes are welcome. No one judges especially if you come to work hard and improve yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to my first ever krav maga class at this gym. Fell in love with it immediately. The instructors and regular members are fantastic to work with. It didn't take long for me to feel right at home among them. When you join, you get access to ALL OF THEIR CLASSES (well, at least the ones you're ready for, a Krav 1 student shouldn't be taking a Krav 3 class). This includes their no-gi grappling, BBJ, Judo, weight lifting, fitness classes and yoga! If you want to learn how to defend yourself AND get in great shape- this is the place to go! I can't recommend this gym enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place! A phenomenal place to learn with, no judgement. They have incredible skills and knowledge. I love their enthusiasm for teaching. The team makes you feel comfortable, no matter what fitness or skill level you start from. My young daughters have completed their kids program. They loved it! They definitely get 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Simply put, this place is phenomenal. Great workout and the fact that you're learning things that could possibly save yours or a loved ones life... need I say more?? Some of the greatest and inspirational people I've met in this building, motivating and pushing others in a positive safe environment.
