Experiencia fantástica: Small community but completely adequate space. Best part, it's not over crowded. The owners literally make you feel like you own the gym, just go whenever and feel like I knew them for yrs. I have not been this locked in on my work out and getting back to being in shape in yrs. To hell with all those super sized gyms I dont have wait or fight over benches and weights.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome. It’s got everything you need to get a good workout in. Also, it’s way less crowded than the big chain gyms, so you rarely have to wait to use equipment. It’s open 24 hours so you can get a workout in whenever. It’s always pretty clean. Also, the owners are friendly. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to update my review. (still 5 stars). I have done "The Program" for over a year and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I went from being a lazy, weak bum to feeling better, looking better, and being less cranky overall. It was one of the best decisions my wife and I have made! It is actually less expensive than one on one training, but it feels like one on one (even though its technically a group.) The nice thing is you don't have to think about it and have accountability. Gloria and Jeremy are super nice! I would ignore the negative reviews personally. I am small business owner myself, and this isn't some national gym. They are two local owners, so you may have to call to set up a meeting time to make sure it is a good fit and sign up initially, and it IS open all week after you sign up and get a code, but obviously they won't staff it so you can't sign up any time of the day. I can totally get the confusion, because if you expect a Gold's Gym, this isn't it, but that is positive thing for a gym I am looking for.

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym I have ever been a member to! Gloria and Jeremy are the best owners! They know everyone and greet you by name on your way in and say goodbye on your way out! They both help you with your goals and are very interested in helping you become the best you!!
