As a 57 yo woman who has lost 120lbs and kept it off, I would recommend Emerge to any person of any age, size, place in life. The trainers will meet you there and walk with(sometimes run, climb or lift at your pace with challenges) you. My husband and I work out together, individually, take their awesome spin classes and they have an excellent nutrition program. Thank you Emerge for ensuring a healthy life as I glide (slowly!) into my 60s...you rock!!

Experiencia fantástica: My brother and I have always wanted to look like super heroes… unfortunately I looked like Captain American before going into the machine and my brother looked like Thor after the blip. Fortunately for us we came to Emerge Fitness which is basically the Avengers Workout Facility. We were trained by Hulk who got us into literal superhero shape in a matter of months. Don’t be surprised if you think you see Cap and Thor in your nearby grocery store, it’s just the Nelson Bros post workout. Lol So grateful for the folks at Emerge and the transformation they’ve been able to help us with.

Jason is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with, and he works hard to make sure that he is creating exercises that work for all the clients at the various fitness levels. In addition, to the great training, fun and encouraging atmosphere, they also provide nutrition services which are great in helping you to get on track! I highly recommend this location to everyone. When I walked in the first time, I felt in love with it. It is so clean, so personal, and the owner/trainer is super nice and not judgmental. I have been working with Megan since March 2022 and I am seeing a lot of strength improvement. Everyone that goes there are so friendly and seriously just trying to work on themselves :)

I look forward to seeing Megan, which is surprising since I'm not the best at committing to any exercise program. She is always on time, full of energy and gives me a great work out. She is supportive and her positive spirit and encouragement makes me feel good and confident...yet pushes me to my full potential. She's knowledgeable and attentive, and has such a great way of keeping me focused during our sessions. Most importantly, Megan customized workouts for my particular leg injury. The modified workouts never made me feel limited but made everything stronger...ultimately lessening the pain. The space/environment is comfortable and clean. Experiencia fantástica: Emerge Fitness is a hidden gem, owned by Megan and Jason, who are both amazing athletes and trainers. You become part of their community when you train at Emerge. There is no membership fee, only very reasonable rates for training and group classes. Megan and Jason also hire additional trainers who are vetted and fit well in the Emerge culture. This is a great gym that provides programs that are tailored to each client’s needs.

The work outs are amazing and thoughtful - and they cater so well to individual goals and abilities (whether it’s group training, personal training or a spin class). Experiencia fantástica: I am in love with it here! Megan is seriously the best personal trainer I have ever had. I have fun but leave feeling like I reached my max. I was sore at first but it was a good sore. There is also a child area so you can bring your kids. The group classes are awesome too!
