Experiencia fantástica: Staff was friendly, the gym was clean and the bathrooms were pristine. Shower head pressure was great and water got hot quickly. The sinks also have built in hand dryers for each faucet which was really nice to see.

He has a variety of classes to choose from and the times of the classes are very intentional to work with your schedule. You get a great workout as well as good company. I usually feel anxious going to the gym but I always look forward to going to Sam’s gym! 10/10 would recommend.

He always makes sure to modify any exercise that I can’t do due to knee injury. I have a gym right in my building, steps away and I still get in my car and drive here because Sam is so amazing!
