The music keeps you going. Before you know it you’re Good and Sore but walking out the door. With a whole new vibe to start...or finish the day. Experiencia fantástica: Great environment. When I come into the gym I feel more than welcomed from every trainer and not just mine (Jamiya). Everyone is so helpful as far tips and pointers on my journey to weight loss. Not only does the gym specialize in weight loss but weight gain also and that is a plus. It’s a clean environment , I have personally seen weights and equipment being sanitized. I can contact my trainer for all of my needs, the scheduling is perfect. The gym overall is outstanding I would suggest THEE SOLUTION CENTER to anyone I come across!
