She works with awareness of how different parts of the body affect each other. She's provided a variety of exercises that have helped me recover smoothly. I appreciate her kind and clear guidance, and always enjoy myofascia release sessions with her, which are so relaxing!

It's a very positive kind group of people who work out there and are always making everyone feel comfortable and welcomed no matter what your level.
