The equipment and gym itself is clean and there’s a kids area where they all play and the parent can keep an eye on their kid during the class. The workouts are always good and vary in movements. Highly recommended!

Its a very family oriented gym, and we are extremely happy to be members here.

I was looking for a place where I could safely learn some weight lifting/crossfit skills and meet some nice people. Cocoon CrossFit has a welcoming vibe and the coaches are terrific.
