Experiencia fantástica: Owner was friendly and facility was clean. Lots of available free weights and machines. The only thing it didn’t have was mats if you are wanting to do ab or body weight exercises. Overall highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Not from Erie but was in the area and found Renew Fitness on Google Maps. This is one of the nicest gyms I have ever been to and I consider it a hidden gem. If you’re looking for all the specialized equipment serious lifters need that typically aren’t available in big box and casual gyms, this is the place! (I.E. Lat pull down accessories, amazing barbell selection and even “fat” benches I have rarely seen elsewhere and enjoyed using while I was there.) The owner, Ben, went out of his way to accommodate me on a weekend and I appreciated the care and pride he obviously puts into the place. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend lifting here. Awesome setup and sounds like he’s adding new equipment frequently. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Best weight training gym in town. The owner cares about the members and will do what he can to accommodate. Literally a garage style gym - what more can you ask for? New equipment, metal weights, belt squat machine, and music is always turned up. No drama - no B.S.
