Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in at FBO for a week. Awesome box! Owner Jeff Gibbons is incredibly knowledgable and welcoming! Programming and coaching is top notch! Best Crossfit box in Erie. I'd highly recommend FBO.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in at CrossFit FBO this week and was extremely impressed. We walked through the olympic lifts step by step with a heavy emphasis on technique and safety. It was clear the coaches are very knowledgeable and everyone here is well coached. I have dropped in at countless CrossFits throughout the world and have found very few with this level of coaching (I would put this in my top 3). Highly recommended.

Experiencia positiva: I dropped in from out of town and the owner was super helpful in helping me find the gym when I talked to him over the phone. The coaches were helpful and instructive. Everyone was very inviting. The bars were decent, but I've used better. The gym has tons of room and equipment, and the programming was great. Check them out!

Very competent coaches and the class size was full of different skill levels. Would highly recommend doing a drop in here if you are in town. Big shout out to Jeff for taking care of me. Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting family over Christmas and dropped in at FBO for the week. I had a great time. The gym is big with plenty of equipment and the community was very welcoming to newcomers and visitors alike. It was Christmas week, so classes were large with visitors and the regular crew but there was still more than enough space to comfortably do the workouts. The coaching and programming was very good. I will definitely be returning to FBO any time I'm in Erie and would recommend anyone interested in having fun while getting a great workout should check this place out!
