FDU Fitness Center

Experiencia positiva: PROS: This is a convenient and free gym for any campus goers, both staff and students. They have your basic machines and free weights along with a nice basketball court. A lot of events are held in here as well, and it has a lounge and aerobics room CONS: parking is a good distance away from here and the free weight and assisted weight rooms are very tiny. OVERALL: Nice place for a good workout, but not a replacement for a full on gym
