They individualize their programs to meet the needs of the clients. The gym is always clean, and well maintained. It is a pleasure to be trained in such a facility.

Experiencia fantástica: They don't raise the prices on you like other gyms. Everything is transparent. I've cancelled before without issues and I ended up coming back because NYSC doubled their prices on me without telling me.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Energy Fitness! The gym is always clean, always comfortable and always a good vibe when I am their! Staff is all accommodating and helpful. They offer free towel service also which is a big plus! Plenty of state of the art equipment and all of the trainers and instructors are knowledgeable. Never overcrowded! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom convinced me to come here best decision I ever made. I get nervous when I'm around people but the staff here made me feel comfortable. The owner Steve is a great guy he will treat you Like your his best friend. I've made a lot of progress since I've been coming here if anyone needs a gym they should check out here because it's a very great place to work out. And there's no pressure by anybody.

The awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning, hope to see you there! ‍♂️️‍♀️
