Maxability Sports and CrossFit^®

Experiencia fantástica: Maxability is one of my favorite places ever. I have been a member for a little over six months and Im there 4-5 times a week! It is where I go to be challenged and pushed to be a better me. I am thankful for the amazing coaches and community support I receive on daily basis from my Maxability family.

Experiencia fantástica: With the help of the coaches at Maxability Sports and CrossFit I am much stronger than ever and feel like an athlete once again. While I have achieved personal records from performing more than one strict pull-up to doing local competitions, the best part about Maxability is the community; it is what has me coming back almost every day for the past year and a half. Many of the members have become like family coming from new friendships. A few members are actually my family! Spending an hour everyday to work out with my Dad, sisters, Aunt, and cousin has brought us closer together [with the help of a little friendly competition :-)].

Coaches are very knowledgeable and hold every member to high standards which not only lowers risk of injury but also makes you you push yourself in every workout. The community is great and is very welcoming. Before going to Maxability I had pain in my back and very poor mobility, but ever since working out there, with the proper coaching, I haven't had any back pain and I can already see improvement in my mobility. Overall, the best gym I have ever been too.

Each day is unique and challenging to help you feel accomplished at the end of the class. Before you know it, you start to arrange your schedule just so you wont miss a class! Experiencia fantástica: Maxability is amazing!! The facility is modern, clean, and a place that I look forward to coming to. The Coach and trainers are awesome. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and motivating but they are also so fun to be around. The Maxability community is also great and I have so many new friends here since I started in April of 2012. What I love about Maxability Crossfit is the diversity of movements, exercises and drills and how any movement can be scaled down for an individual if needed. The workouts are different everyday and you can compete against yourself or others because everyday you record your score on a whiteboard. I just don't think it's possible to get bored with this and at the the end of the workout when I'm lying on the floor sweating and trying to catch my breath, I am also feeling so proud of what I have accomplished and I look forward to what we will be doing the next day and know that every step of the way I am getting stronger and healthier. I'm so happy I found Maxability!

Experiencia fantástica: Joining maxability is by the far one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff are incredible, always motivating me to take it to that next level and pushing me to do better. The atmosphere is amazing and I have made lifelong friends that I truly enjoy enjoy and look forward to seeing everyday .. Before joining crossfit, I never thought I could do half of the things I am doing now and finally feel like I have found "my niche". If you are thinking of trying out crossfit, maxability is the place to be! You won't be disappointed!!

Experiencia fantástica: Maxability is a great CrossFit gym! The space is huge and there are plenty of classes/workouts to choose from. Even more important, the coaches are experienced, knowledgeable and engaged. All of the coaches, including Owner/Coach Tim, go out of their way to work with you at your level and offer great tips to improve form, overall performance or whatever it is you are looking to improve. When I front squat, I will think of Tim :) The community there is strong. Great overall vibe.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym ever. The stuff are amazing. All of them are super professional, kind and they really care about you. I love this place. It feels safe and make you sweat your guts. You can find here trainees at all ages. All are being cared with lots of respect and according to their needs. The facility is big and spaced. The equipment is great. Lots of parking. Everyone are so nice. The best way to get in shape.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Box in Northern NJ. The owner and the coaches are so dedicated and professional. The facilities is huge and has separate training rooms. There is a nice showers if you are planning to go to work after training. The equipment looks like new. If you are an early bird you can find classes as early as 5:30 in the morning or as late as 7 pm. Everyone coming to this box are so friendly and supportive. So blessed to have this Box next to my home.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent facility! I was only in town for a month so I joined Maxability and they treated me like I've been part of the crew for years. All of the coaches are super knowledgeable and are always helping me with my form. Every workout is challenging and the community has been supportive of me since day one. Also, the facility itself is just great; very clean and they have a ton of machines that my previous boxes never had. I will definitely be back whenever I visit the area again, thanks for making me stronger this past month! 10/10 place.

Experiencia fantástica: Did a drop in at this box while I was in town for work. Went to their 5:30 am class. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaches were gracious and helpful with explaining how to do things. I would definitely drop in again if business brings me back to the area.

They go out of their way to make sure you are doing the movements correctly. The workouts are always challenging. The facility is also amazing! There is a lot of space and equipment so you get the most out of your workout. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. They also have the best tank tops! Thanks for a great workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very hesitant to come to a cross fit gym due to my impression it would be a cult like enviroment. I am out of shape, havent worked out in years and have a shoulder that barks whenever I would work out. The coaches at maxability have taken an imense amount of time to work with me. I am basically getting personal training sessions everytime I step in the facility. They are working with me to improve strength in my shoulder and increasing my flexabilty endurance and strength in the rest of my body at pace that doesnt make me feel uncomfortable. If you are on the fence about joining a gym this is the place. My body is already changing and my energy levels are through the roof. Come in and talk with the coaches. You wont be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always wanted to raise a tiger from birth and keep it as a pet, but I've never had the strength or conditioning to steal one from its mother. After four years of going to Maxability, I still don't. And that day may never come. But what I've gained from Maxability is far more important: a false sense of confidence. I could definitely steal a baby tiger from its mother. Four (score and seven) years ago, I didn't think I'd be able to lift a certain weight or run a certain distance without stopping, but I've achieved many of those things I once thought impossible. Who's to say I can't outrun a tiger hellbent on protecting its young in the dead of the night? So, thank you to the entire coaching staff at Maxability for the dedication to your craft and your passion for helping others believe in themselves. This is all your fault.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: Our 12,000 sq. ft air conditioned facility is really something else. Our coaches have provided us with more toys (air dynes, more rig, etc). If you are in the area you should drop on in. Don't be surprised when people greet you at the door as if they have known you their entire life! Best CrossFit gym around. A gym that really stresses the importance of having the best standards. The community is awesome and the facility is something that you've probably never experienced before. Tim and Robyn have created something special at CrossFit Maxability.

Experiencia fantástica: Maxability has proven that it is one of the best boxes in New Jersey. They have a knowledgable and experienced coaching staff that are great at relating to all types of people. With a brand new 13,000 sq. foot facility, it is one of the biggest boxes around in the area. Their new space has showers, a lounge (which includes a ping pong table and a few flat screen TVs), a kids room and a lot of other amenities. It doesn't matter if you're a collegiate athlete looking train in between semesters, or simply looking to get yourself in better shape after some time off at the gym - Maxability is the place to start! The community aspect of Maxability will have you looking forward to coming back everyday, while making some great friends in the process. Everyday at this gym is different, and that's what makes it fun! Ditch the old gym routine and check out Maxability.
