The feeling of being lost, confused and then disappointed was a constant. Then I found the Fit Factory. The trainers are probably the best people you will meet. They make sure you are doing the right thing and that you are comfortable but more importantly safe. However, one of the best parts is the other people that go there. The trainers truly created a family environment and everyone is so welcoming. You will not only get a great workout, with results, but also gain motivation to make working out a daily thing. The Fit Factory is not a trend, its a lifestyle.

They make you feel comfortable and are very welcoming from the start which is something I haven't been able to find elsewhere.
