Experiencia fantástica: I’ve belonged to NTF for around 4 years and have always felt like I belong there. It has all the equipment you need and more. The owner and trainers are very helpful and don’t make you feel embarrassed for not knowing how to use a machine, etc. If you like group fitness, there’s classes available all week. There are healthy snacks, meals, shakes, smoothies and supplements available as well as massage chairs. There are saunas & showers in the locker looms with a changing room for privacy. There’s even an area for children to hang out. I’ve never had any issues with other members, everyone has been very friendly. It’s exciting to see how Walter has grown his business and expand his gym, making it the best gym to belong to.

Experiencia fantástica: The personal training sessions are great for someone who doesn't know which exercises to do for which body parts. The facility is clean , lots of equipment. The owner is knowledgeable and cares about others.

Experiencia fantástica: It has been and continue to be a great experience for me. Meeting with Walter and my then trainer Dave introduce me to diets, training and the mentality to continue my own transformation. It’s a safe zone and I can workout with no nonsense unlike other gyms. I hope that he continues to grow and I wish him success in his business on the new addition to the gym.

Fees are reasonable and the offer fitness classes if thats your thing. Like the name implies No Nonsense.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The trainers are fantastic and there is more equipment than you will know what to do with. There is no stupid lunk alarm at NoNonsense, just people setting goals and crushing them. That's the crown to be around if you wanna get in shape.

The owner strives to add new equipment for clients to be able to get that extra from the workouts when they come in. Whenever I go to the gym I feel welcomed by everyone even those whom I’ve never met before because the atmosphere there is one of positivity and success. Walter is an awesome guy and is very personable with members and future members and even if you’re having a bad day no matter what he’ll put a smile on your face as he himself is always smiling. I highly recommend NoNonsense Training Facility if you want to take your personal fitness to the next level.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent facility that continues to invest in equipment for it's members. Walter, the owner, is personable as well as knowledgeable on not only fitness but healthy living. This gym is laid back and suits all levels from those that compete or play sports to just someone who is wanting to improve their health. The membership fees are comparable and the gym also offers additional services such as group classes, personal training and beyond. The personal trainers that work at the gym are all friendly and attentive to each and every client. They develop dynamic programming so you are never left wondering if it's "worth it". I would not go back to big business gyms again after finding this facility with a staff that cares.

Experiencia fantástica: The best, real gym experience. It feels like you're inside an old school gym that had filming with pro bodybuilders. If you can't get fit there, you're out of your mind. Blows any other gym out of the water. I immediately signed up after stumbling upon it in the mall by accident. It didn't feel real as if I won some vacation, hahaha.
