Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym!! I've been bodybuilding for 10 years and it has everything I need. I've been to another gym in the neighborhood that claims to have every piece of equipment known to man but it's a complete mess and unsanitary. The owner is very friendly and a great trainer. I would highly recommend checking this gym out!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with all the equipment and weights anyone would need. The gym isn’t as big as others because it’s not cluttered with tons of cardio equipment. She’s got just as many benches and squat racks as an xsport. Her dumbells go heavier then xsport. All of the equipment is available for everyone to use and not restricted for trainer use only. The facility is very clean and everything is always neatly placed where it belongs. The owner is the best. She’s very nice and knows her stuff. Amazing neighborhood gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Place has been around forever. Rarely crowded. Key access for members around the clock. Everyone is a regular, so meeting people is easy and u actually see the same people again.
