Experiencia positiva: Good gym but a lot of the members ego lift and slam weights like they're tough or something but they don't even look like they lift, then others have to deal with broken equipment because some guys frail ego

He works with an awesome trainer Jason Nilson a few times a week. Mr. Nilson is consistently dedicated to providing and assisting him with effective and motivating workouts. I would recommend this trainer and gym to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! This club specifically has a real family feeling between all of its members and great staff. Small enough to get your own privacy during workouts but big enough where you do not go without anything. Since re-opening the staff is always cleaning and disinfecting. Machines are more spaced out than before which makes me feel much more comfrotable!

Experiencia fantástica: From the very first time I visited this facility the staff have been amazing and extremely professional. They have the highest quality equipment on the market and I have never been to a facility better maintained or as clean. Their response time to any concerns is almost immediate and you cant beat their hours. Whether you are going alone looking to get in and out for a high intensity workout, or seeking group training and a family friendly environment this is one of the best gyms I have ever joined. From little family owned facilities in upstate NY to Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym in the city or Dr. Phillip's Golds Gym in Orlando FL, I've traveled to gyms all over and Snap Fitness in Horseheads NY holds their own as one of the very best.
