Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, if you are into powerlifting, bodybuilding, or functional training. The only gym in the area that does body tempering and has a CPPS certified trainer. Mostly a guy gym but there are a few females that train there as well. Everyone that workouts there is friendly and easy to talk to. They are always willing to spot you or give you a workout suggestion.

A great gym with tons of unique things to do, such as steel mace classes or powerlifting. This place has more stuff than some bigger city gyms. Highly recommended!!!

If you're looking for a gym that IS conventional than this is the spot for you. Dat Strength goes above and beyond for their clients regularly and offers the norm gym experience as well as well as specialized services like Mace training and body tempering. Definitely a must try for the novice and experienced alike!
