Experiencia positiva: The staff have been extremely helpful in teaching me how to use the equipment. The water aerobics classes are invigorating. I do feel for the price we are paying that we shouldn’t have to pay extra for so many of the classes. Also, I think they should offer a senior citizen discount.

Experiencia fantástica: There is ample equipment and space for any type of workout. They have an indoor track, a pool, basketball court, and classes amongst other things. It's clean and well kept. I'm never stuck waiting for a machine or equipment. I truly have no complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of this Gym for years now. I am proud to say that it’s staff are welcoming, helpful & super cool! Just yesterday I lost my phone at the gym and Kristin a staff member used the (Find My iPhone) app on her phone to find mine! There are a ton of very knowledgeable trainers for all ages and all fitness levels. Great gym for all levels of anyone’s physical fitness journey!

Experiencia fantástica: It is an amazing fitness center. Lap pool, therapy pool, sauna, tracks, all the latest and more. Everyone is siper nice & helpful. Clean & sanitized. You can't miss with this place. Very impressed!

Experiencia positiva: Great value for money if you can swing the midday membership. Ordinary gym facilities with reasonable selection of free classes. Many classes offered for extra fees, wish more were free. Not posh, but lots of equipment and space. Store is a bit pricey.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! It's clean and busy - but you can always get a machine. The pool and steam room are nice, too. I've taken swimming lessons here, and the teacher was excellent at helping adults swim with better form. Spin classes and yoga classes are also good. The clientele is older, so it's more a place to workout, not a place to flirt and show off. I feel very comfortable here.
