Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into this box two times because I was in town for work and both times I had a great experience. The coaches made sure I was comfortable with all of the movements and knew where to get equipment. They had everyone in the class introduce themselves which was really nice and both workouts kicked my butt which was awesome! The coaches were encouraging and cheered me on during the WOD's. I would highly recommend this box if you want a welcoming and friendly place to go for a hard workout.
