Experiencia fantástica: I got to say one of the best aspect of this gym is the Great coaches!!! They really give you their time to help you reach your goals and a helping hand when life tries to hold you down.Another important part of this gym is the community and how everyone helps push and look out for each other. So i welcome everyone to try it and let the fun time begin

Experiencia fantástica: Hit’EM Hard Fitness is amazing! Not only because of the excellent facility but because the staff and the community are like family. It's a really warm and welcoming place. There are no ego’s or competitive vibes. Everyone just wants to get in shape, feel good and encourage each other. I have been extremely pleased at being a member and have no plans of going elsewhere. Come check it out & bring a friend. You won’t be disappointed. :0)

Experiencia fantástica: No matter your fitness level, you get a great workout. They will help you with nutrition and exercise. The music is great, the atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating. Coaches JB and Denzel pay attention to each member and will suggest a modification or challenge as needed. The place is super clean. They clean the mats after each class. The coaches will wipe down the equipment after each session. We are temperature scanned and sanitized with each entry. What’s nice is theres two rooms. If you want to be separated, you can do your class in the first room. The first room has gym equipment lining all the walls with the center empty. What’s nice is you can choose to come in early or stay after a class and jump on a treadmilll, elliptical or bike. Due to injury I wasn’t able to squat or lunge in one session. Coach JB designed a routine on the equipment that allowed me to work the same muscles without further injury. Urge you to give it a try! It’s in the bldgs behind chevron on Big Horn and Elk Grove Blvd.
