Experiencia fantástica: I went in for the trial session and found a unique workout here for certain. The trainers seemed young but they had great experience. I very much liked the encouragement and guidance they provided. A great 30 minute workout to be had at 9Round.

Sam is there during the mornings and she always makes sure you are pushing yourself while enjoying the workout. No matter your skill level, it's always challenging. If you don't like the long sessions at the gym, these 30 minutes in your day are all you need.

Experiencia fantástica: Started coming here a couple weeks ago with my entire family and we're all addicted! Coaches are motivating and personal, exercises are always different but always challenging. No need you wait for classes to start...just jump in once your hands are wrapped and you're ready to go. In and out in 30 mins, but sweat as if you were there for an hour! This is our new family bonding time!
