Experiencia fantástica: I’ve attended a few classes so far and i truly enjoy them ! I personally like going to the gym in the morning but due to my day getting busy, there are times i can’t go so these evening classes have been a great help ! It has kept me encouraged to workout & the environment is great. The music is up to date, which is huge for me so i can get in the zone & the instructors are very knowledgeable with their experience of exercise as well. Everyone who’ve i encountered has been very friendly & approachable. I’m looking forward to attending more classes with the awesome variety available to switch up my workouts. Highly recommend to everyone
