Experiencia fantástica: I am a CrossFit coach from Michigan and when I drop into a gym I hope to find 2 things: coaching and community. Flex nails it on both. Coaching matters. It’s what brings value to any CrossFit gym. Their coaches roam the gym helping each athlete become better everyday. For example, I got a cue on a clean that made the barbell fly up! Loved it and needed it. Community matters. Fitness is not fun unless you do it others. This group is loads of fun and welcoming. I’ve come to know them after a few drop ins and will be back. TLDR; they coach and have great community. Join them!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym/box! Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Stephanie, the owner, is awesome and makes sure you have whatever you need to be successful. The coaches are great and take time to explain movements, give tips to improve your form, and very knowledgeable. Truly a community. If you are looking for a box/gym to join, look no further.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Love this gym! We just moved to Surprise and needed a new CrossFit box. The one we were attending in our old town set the bar high in quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, etc. In other words, finding a replacement to live up to our old gym would be hard! We did it with CrossFit Flex! Try it out you won’t regret it!
