Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I took a tour of the club and were very impressed with the amenities and services provided. We thought for sure the monthly fee would be too expensive for our family, but were shocked to find it very affordable. We have been members for about two years and have really enjoyed the club. Our children love the kids club which has ping-pong tables, video games, computer games, movies, crafts, and even homework helpers. The equipment is in good condition and it does not seem to get too crowded. I have also tried a few of the classes and found them very welcoming. If you are looking for a gym where you can just go and get your workout done, without talking to anyone, then this may not be the place for you. Everyone here is friendly and you will likely see many people you know.

Experiencia positiva: This place has been a true disappointment. My Husband and I were excited to switch from a gym that our work was paying for at zero cost to us, to paying $160.00 per month to join this sports club with the added amenities. Unfortunately, the amenities are poorly maintained and are never turned on. We love a good sauna and steam room, but it's embarrassing when you have communicated through e-mail multiple times, given feedback directly to the employees, and posted reviews and they still can't seem to turn on their sauna and steam rooms for them to be ready for their members. The front desk employee has been very helpful and is super friendly, but has advised there is nothing she can do outside of us contacting the owners of the business. She also filed a formal complaint, but we are still waiting to be contacted back from the multiple e-mails and reviews posted. It was also mentioned the maintenance/janitorial morning crew are not experts at working the sauna and steam rooms and the main person only works Sunday - Wednesday. The amount this "sports club" charges for their facility and amenities does not meet the expectations of a true sports club and is disappointing. Updated: Some improvement. Rooms are working consistently.

Experiencia fantástica: The place is great . I see people wineing lol clean . Nice people . Great equipment. Pool and tubs are very nice . Great with kids and pricing is very fair.. and as far as the children's center? Awesome with the kids . Safe clean Great people !

Experiencia positiva: There never prepared for people. The rooms are always off and dirty. The eucalyptus spray is never full. This morning the guy did not turn the steam until 645 they open at five and im normally on my way out. Updated, the rooms are working and maintained. The gym is fully stocked. With everything open and working, i recommend this club.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a perfect gym if you are looking to workout and don't need all the extra things. They have a perfect slection of weights and machines and there is alot of cardio equipment. The pools are also heated year round. There is a steam and sauna and locker rooms and they provide towels and other basic things to clean up. The kids club is great and the staff at the kids club and gym are great. There is also another of restaurants around to get a meal after a workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been member for two weeks. So far the facilities i have used have been clean and well maintained. The club hasn't been very crowded. Based upon other reviews, it appears they have upped their focus on being friendly because they have been very nice to me so far. I haven't used the kids areas so I won't review them but they are there. The facility does seem to be very family focused and family friendly but I have never seen any children interfering with my ability to use the facility. The cost is hard to beat.

Experiencia fantástica: Front desk and office staff outstanding. Friendly, caring and professional. Margaret is a terrific person. Those who post negative comments and reference “old lady” comments need a wake up call about life. Must be a very depressed and negative person. May want to start by looking in mirror.
