Experiencia fantástica: Great environment and not one of those gyms with judgemental people about if you're slender male, "everyone starts somewhere" one man said to me and gave me. Several pointers on triceps and regimens in general. I loved it and the staff, community, and atmosphere of non judgment kept me coming back to stay on regimen and bulk up!

Experiencia positiva: Great gym. Lots of free weights. A little small, but if you don’t go at peak hours it’s not too busy and you ha e little to no wait times for machines or benches
