Experiencia fantástica: I watch Coach Ad for awhile on social media!! COVID hit everything close down. Me and a close friend decided when the gyms open back up we would go!!! May 4 2020 was a life changer I went to my 1st class and can’t stop going the atmosphere alone is something I never experience!!!! The welcoming the push the speeches (he like giving those ) is worth the money alone!!!!!!! When working out with Ad it more then a physical work out he comes for your mental changing everything up!! I’ve lost over 60lbs would of been more if I stop cheating with lil Debbie He also just moved into his own gym!!very spacious, clean, and plenty to do!!! If you reading this don’t be me watching everyone else!!! Come get them gains one day at a time!!!!

I don’t ever plan on going anywhere else but ONE GREATNESS! If you ready to see results and become apart of a fit fam you need to come on!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Oklahoma City! I’ve been with coach Adryan Adams for a while and I don’t see myself going anywhere else! The gym is very spacious and you will definitely get results!
