Friendly staff and it's open 24 hrs for all members which is a huge plus,because it accommodates everyone's schedule. Also very active,creative,and consistent in scheduling monthly events.

Whether you are an experienced gym rat or new to working out, this place has everything you need. You can do a personal work out or with a trainer. The trainers are all amazing. Plenty of group classes too. Fight club, circuit training, and spin are 3 of my favorites. Oh, did I mention the saunas? Aahh! If you are looking for place to feel right at home while improving or maintaining your body...come check out this gym.

While it's not a huge facility, it packs all the same equipment into a space that is much more convenient to navigate and you don't have to wait in line for equipment. The classes are incredible, especially the heavy bag boxing class. It's a great core workout and will burn the calories quickly! I'd recommend it for any age or body type.
