My strength was only lying dormant and Coach Fowler and her team were there to help bring it out of me. This tribe is supportive of each other. No matter your sex, your color, your fitness level, or who you live. All are welcome. I don't drag myself out of bed at the crack of dawn for just anyone. This gym is worth it. In many ways, when you sign up to work out, you’re signing up to be apart of a new family. The community drives the heart of Empowerhouse but that doesn’t mean that the workouts aren’t created, everyday, to bring out an optimal combination of strength and cardio. Experiencia fantástica: From the second I walked in on my first day, I felt welcome and all of those “new girl” jitters were quickly tossed aside. Coach Stephanie Fowler has created a really wonderful space where you truly do feel welcome, you are most definitely challenged, and you absolutely have fun! All bodies are welcome and all of the workouts are for everyone (modifications are there when needed – we all need that sometimes, am I right?). The encouragement I have seen (and received) from the others there is another reason I love emPOWERHOUSE – high fives at the end of class? Heck yes!! Let’s do this!! I highly recommend emPOWERHOUSE Gym!
