Experiencia fantástica: A year and a half ago a friend ,who’s also a member, invited me to Deepwater to give it a try. Honestly I was apprehensive about joining since I thought CrossFit was for the super elite athletes. Since the beginning Coach Mando has helped me understand the basics of CrossFit, worked on my postures and movements and made me feel welcome and at ease at the gym. Everyone is friendly and we all recognize that we have different levels of fitness but, we always encourage each other to do our best in every workout. Since then I’ve improved on my workouts and continue to push myself a little further every time. I always recommend this gym to friends and family and in my personal opinion it’s a great gym to start as beginner interested in getting fit and having fun.

The vibe is always on point, (just as another reviewer wrote everyone is so friendly I love the friends I have made the journey is truly been one of a kind. It's so easy so get into CrossFit with the way coach Mando teaches the movements and breaks them down, but it's also easy to modify anything for every level of athlete!) Mando helps you understand each and every movement. Treats you as you are family. I’ve been blessed to come across this path.. excited in what’s to come in this incredible journey

He takes the time to ensure that you are learning the proper technique and guides you along the way whether you are a beginner or have been doing CF for a long time. The environment overall has been very welcoming which is a big plus! &if I may add, the playlist for music they have just hypes you up not matter what mood you are in!

I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and have been on a meal plan that has worked very well for me. I started with a couple of injuries but with proper training those injuries don’t bother me anymore.
