I've been here for rehab of neck, upper back, and lately for plantar fasciitis...and every time the staff has been extremely helpful and considerate...and I left pain free!! They will work with you, and treat you with utmost privacy and care. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym. Always super clean. And your membership includes a FREE hour (or two half hours) of one-on-one work with a trainer EVERY WEEK. And the trainers are super helpful and not judgemental even with old, fat, rumpled people such as myself!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. I have gone there for 11 years and enjoy all of the trainers. It is a great way to meet people in the community. The staff are great at keeping things clean and COVID safe and the facilities are cheerful and the equipment is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love this place and go almost every day.

Experiencia positiva: Decent facility, however, the hours are not ideal for a mom who is also employed full-time outside of the house. I would also love it if they allowed access to the wave pool when not being used for therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I never knew for the longest time that anyone could get a membership here. I really enjoy the atmosphere and staff. I am not uncomfortable working out here. I was also referred here for PT by my doctor and the staff was very caring!
