Experiencia positiva: I gave it a 3 star because the cancellation process is a pain in the @$$. We moved out of town in February and I emailed the admin email about cancelling and the payment kept coming out. I had my one year contract up by then. The payment came out again in March and I assumed that was my one year. When the payent came out again in April I called and she stated I had to come in to cancel. Well we dont live near an Eastlake anymore so i had to get off early to go in. I printed the email where I inquired about cancelling and they never responded with the information about canceling. Overall good place to workout but I feel gipped out of the last 2 months of payments I have made thinking I had canceled the membership.
