Practically speaking, the studio is on a main RIPTA route, and also has plenty of free parking nearby.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this studio - everyone is so kind and welcoming! I hadn't been to a yoga class over a decade so I was a little nervous when I signed up for an introductory offer but I'm so glad I did. Every single instructor has stated over and over again to "listen to your body" - so I do without worry of judgment. I take breaks and lay down to catch my breath, I stop when I need to stop and jump back in when I can. I feel great every time I walk into the studio and I feel even better when I walk out! I can't recommend Create Power Yoga enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Walking into my first class at Create Power Yoga, I was greeted by Caitlin, I appreciated how she showed me around the studio and made me feel so welcome immediately! All the instructors I’ve been fortunate enough to meet so far are kind and happy to be there, I can tell they’re invested in helping everyone grow and improve their practice. It’s great that there are so many of them and they all teach a variety of different classes because it makes every class feels new and exciting, while providing the students the opportunity to work and restore. I frequent All Levels Hot Power the most, and I always leave class feeling accomplished inside and out. I can already feel the benefits of adding Create Power Yoga into my routine just in the 30 day trial! On top of the amazing community, the studio is clean and classes are booked through a super user friendly app! I’m obsessed!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite studio, by far. The community, the kindness of the staff; I always feel good when I’m there. I was a little bit afraid of yoga when I first started out on the 30 Day pass. Now yoga is part of my daily life, and I am so grateful. One tip: do not show up late to Create Power. Not even a minute. You won’t be able to stumble in late and mess up everyone else’s class. Thank goodness for that!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful studio with a very friendly and welcoming staff. They offer many different classes heated and unheated throughout the day so you can fit yoga into your schedule. The staff is so kind and helpful, they really help contribute the studios calm and welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a studio in the east providence/ providence area I highly recommend this one.

Experiencia fantástica: CPY has been such a great studio. I had been away for a bit due to the pandemic, but I always remembered the friendly staff. Now that I am back I feel even more welcomed then before. There’s a real diverse energy now, not to mention safe feeling walking into the studio. The instructors are as I remember (sweet and kind) and the new ones are amazing. Eunice is a stand out for her hot yoga class. As someone who suffers from RA getting into moves are not easy but her gentle encouragement has really taken the judgement out of my head. I feel energetic, relaxed and motivated. I really am glad to be back and have you part of my wellness journey. Thank you!

Eunice and Katarina are both wonderful teachers and I highly encourage you to take their classes! Also for my BIPOC folks there's a BIPOC yoga class each month currently and you don't wanna miss it!! It's such a vibe!!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my first heated class with Cathy at Create Power Yoga. The studio is beautiful with plenty of room and a totally zen atmosphere. The instructors are kind and talented. The class itself had the perfect balance of strengthening and stretching with a pace that anyone can follow, regardless of experience. I cannot wait to go back! Bonus points for how clean and hygienic this studio is!

Experiencia fantástica: I was initially drawn to Create Power Yoga because of their introductory offer of unlimited classes for 30 days for $30. So far I’ve taken 5 classes with 5 different instructors and I have loved them all! The times of the classes fit into my busy working mom schedule. The app is wonderful because I can easily plan out my week and schedule which classes I want to take. The studio is clean and organized and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There’s a nice, big parking lot which is convenient too! I feel so good after each class and I’m glad I’m taking steps to becoming healthier.

Experiencia fantástica: One of my favorite power yoga studios. Each teacher is knowledgeable, leading the class in an easy to follow flow. It is challenging but modifications are offered for beginners. All are welcomed to come as you are.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new student at Create Power Yoga, taking advantage of their really amazing Intro Offer deal of 30 days of unlimited yoga classes for only $30. While it’s only been a few weeks since I’ve been going , I’m really enjoying my time there so far. I’ve tried classes with multiple different instructors so far and they’ve all been amazing and have each brought something uniquely different to each practice. Each instructor has been generous with their time after class with answering any questions I may have and to offer suggestions or tips for how to help me feel my best while learning/mastering the yoga practice. The studio has a bright, warm and welcoming vibe to it. They have a convenient app that allows you to view the class descriptions and schedule for the upcoming days/weeks, allows you to book classes and keep track of your yoga practice schedule. For those that are new to yoga, you will be provided access to view yoga pose demonstration videos online at your convenience to help familiarize yourself so you feel a little more comfortable and confident starting your first few classes. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you can feel at home and welcomed at CPY.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing studio that gives refreshing and reviving classes! The power yoga classes will kick your butt! And the more yin like classes are great for less intensive practice. The community feel of the studio is very strong. Instructors chat with you and I’ve been in classes where the other members will just start chatting with me. I’ve never experienced this in other studios! Each teacher has a unique style and gives you a fresh flow. I’m considering doing my teacher training here after loving the intro pass. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I'd been wanting to find a spot to do hot yoga nearby since I tried it about two years ago while visiting a friend out of stat, but I never got around to it and then the pandemy happened and it wasn't an option for a while. Well, a couple months ago I finally thought about trying to find a place and I came across Create Power Yoga - I found their prices to be the most reasonable for the area and I liked that they require everyone to be fully vaccinated, so I decided to try their unlimited monthly trial pass and I am so happy I did! I now attend classes regularly and I absolutely love it. It is such a welcoming place and the instructors are great! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try hot yoga, whether you have experience doing yoga or not, they are so helpful and supportive and make you feel right at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Love CPY! Kind and very warm staff. All have a wealth of knowledge to offer. Classes are always a great blend of yogis with all different levels of yogic practice yet we all practice together, share breath and learn from each other seamlessly. I’ve never known CPY before COVID and it’s been a wonderful, safe experience during these times to help keep me sane. This is the one, constant I allowed myself to do during the pandemic to maintain some semblance of balance. As a healthcare professional, public safety is of the utmost importance and I feel CPY is committed to the safety of their yogis. Can’t wait to see all that CPY is without COVID restrictions one day!

They have a good variety of times and classes available including $7 community classes. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Great location w/ ample parking.

This studio is genuine about their commitment to inclusivity. I wish more studios were like CPY!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my first class at CPY two weeks ago and was immediately struck by how inviting, bright, and immaculately clean the space is. Since then, I've taken six more and probably would have practiced daily if I hadn't reminded myself to start slowly as a beginner. Classes are challenging and fun because the teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and creative in their planning. They explain each pose in detail and offer advanced options if a person is ready for them, which allows for complete personalization of your practice. The other yogis have made me feel welcome and have offered assistance and advice when I've needed it. CPY's schedule is varied as they offer several different AM and PM daily timing options and their pricing is affordable. I was even able to take advantage of a very reasonable new student unlimited 30 day plan. But the best part is that I'm already noticing the positive physical and mental benefits of yoga. I am grateful to have found CPY. It is exactly what my sluggish, post-quarantine self needed!

There are a variety of classes offered ranging from hot power yoga to a more restorative practice. CPY even offers hip and back classes that target those pesky muscles that get sore and tight at a desk job. The studio is always clean and tidy and the classes are designed to meet each yogi where they’re at in their practice. I highly recommend CPY to both new and experienced students!

Its the only place I can go and truly feel at peace. Extremely clean facility, class always starts and ends on time. As a business owner I have alot of respect on how this facility runs.
