Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, great culture. The only gym that I've ever been a part of that meets people where ever they're at and helps them hit their fitness goals with patience and challenge. Scott the owner has done a fantastic job creating and forming his Lansing gym. I've done Crunch and Planet fitness for years, but M43 exceeds them in helping you gain functional strength in a great environment. Well worth the increase in price compared to cheeper more commercial gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: Randomly visited this gym and it did not disappoint! Very clean facility, friendly staff, and good atmosphere. M43 is more than your basic gym. Sauna in the locker rooms,ski machines, weight sleds, and keyfob entry. If you're debating trying this place out, do it!

Experiencia fantástica: M43 is a fun place to workout. They have great racks for squats and a spacey area for doing deadlifts. Plenty of room in the dumbbell area. . Instead of doing conventional cardio, go to the back and push a sled or do some kettlebell exercises. My favorite part is they have two steel maces, something I’ve always wanted to try. It’s become the most enjoyable part of my workouts. It probably looks ridiculous to other people because I’m trying to figure the mace out on my own, but I never feel like anyone is staring or judging me. The owner, Scott, is friendly and accommodating and has answered all of my questions very quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town visiting family and I needed a gym to workout in. This is a fantastic facility and if I lived in the area I would be a member! First off, the staff is fantastic work with and it is obvious they care about their clients and customers. The coaches were all engaged with their clients and they were providing mentorship and guidance for physical therapy, weight loss, and strength training. They were all very approachable and kind to an outsider. Secondly, the facility is top notch and can suit all of your goals. If I was in town longer - this is the gym I know I would be able to hit new PRs at! Thank you to Scott and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: M43 is an amazing space! My crew and I got an amazing workout in here prepping for a CrossFit Competition. Scott is so welcoming and this gym has state of the art equipment and a super clean changing room/locker area. The atmosphere was friendly and M43 had all the gear we needed for a great CrossFit workout (Olympic barbell area, big squat rig, bikes/ski/row, boxes and wall balls). 100% recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym!!! Brand new Rogue equipment--turf, echo bikes, quality powerlifting benches, racks and bumpers, full dumbbell set, even a true runner treadmill. Great atmosphere and better customer service.

Very focused environment with people that are friendly and welcoming—the owner Scott is great. Really nice equipment and facilities. Experiencia fantástica: If you’re local you have to check out this gym! I was visiting family from out of town and the owner Scott helped me when I called (even though he was busy in a meeting) wondering if I could purchase a day pass to stay on track (no excuses right?!). The environment is incredibly welcoming and eclipsed only by the wonderful service! I wish I could be a regular, in fact I’ll always come here when I’m visiting Lansing. The gym is incredibly clean and the ladies dressing room is spotless and has a beautiful sauna and separate sink and “mirror” area with many outlets to freshen up. The equipment is top notch and everyone’s super friendly. The building is safe too with a buzz in system and locking door. Incredible location and thoughtful execution!

The community that scott and his staff have garnered at this location is near reminiscent to that of a family. Experiencia fantástica: Came back to Lansing for a few months and decided to get some personal training. The gym is clean and the equipment is great. I do 3 days a week personal training with TJ and I am def seeing and feeling good results. The staff is kind and helps you with your form, everyone seems to know each other and it’s a nice environment which is important for a gym, and as a 5ft nothing human gyms can be a bit intimidating but I never felt that way here.

Experiencia fantástica: Easily one of the best spots in the area. Looking to find a family like atmosphere look no further than this place. The owner is awesome the staff is equally helpful and knowledgeable. The gym was alway clean no matter what time of day or day of the week I went to train. The family environment trickles down to members as well, everyone is friendly willing to have a conversation answer questions and give a helping hand or spot. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking to get away from the standard commercial gym to give m43fitness a look first you wont be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Stopped in on Saturday for the first time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The gym had everything I needed for my programming. High quality barbells (deadlift bars, power bars, squat bars, etc - all the variety you need). A great selection of kettlebells up to 100lbs+. Dumbbells, sleds, rowers, and more. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Was here for a week on business travel. If I lived here, I'd absolutely give this gym more time to see if it's a good fit. This gym is more tuned for HIIT workouts, but they have a good setup for weight lifting. I primarily lift weights and run, and they had dumbbells that went to 100 lb, four squat racks, an olympic lift setup, and a lot of other things. The cardio machines are limited, as are other weight machines (e.g., no leg press, etc.), but when I went there (usually 6-8 pm), it wasn't crowded. I was able to figure out workouts with the equipment they had. Another thing I liked, which is a reflection of the members and therefore indirectly of the staff, is that all the weights were put back. My number 1 pet peeve at the gym are guys that think they're too great to put back the equipment right. All of the plates were in the right slots, dumbbells were put away right, etc. I appreciate that.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing gym. Clean. All equipment is in it's correct place. They have anything/everything you need for power lifting. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Lansing area. Ownership and staff were extremely personable as well. They do a great job making you feel welcome; while also providing professional advice.

Experiencia fantástica: As an out of towner, I was pleasantly surprised to find a locally-owned gym that was not only open early but stayed open during holidays. There are two lifting platforms and four multipurpose racks with enough barbells (and dumbbells, kettlebells) to go around. As for cardio, there are multiple assault bikes, ski ergs, two rowers, and a form runner. For warming up, etc., there are plenty of foam rollers, bands, and massage balls available. Staff is passionate and promptly responds to questions/membership requests. Definitely the only gym I’ll come back to when I visit. I can’t say enough good things about M43 Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gym I’ve ever been to. My 2 buddies and I were visiting Lansing, and all gyms were closed on Easter. Scott reached out to me, and allowed us to come in and get a workout in. Open 365 a year, and remote access. The atmosphere of the gym, music, and the quality and variety of equipment made it completely awesome!! Would love to see more branches of these!! Thanks!!

The gym itself had all the equipment I could possibly want and more and had a ton of power lifting equipment and free weights. They worked with me without any hassle to provide a tailored membership and give me access to this state-of-the-art fitness facility when I am in town. The gym is extremely clean, members are friendly, and the equipment and variety of equipment would rival any "big box" competitors. Anything people need for excellent cross-training work along with the more traditional equipment.

M43 is small enough to give that close knit community feeling but big enough room for variety for your fitness goals, multiple style barbells, deadlift platforms with setup for adding band tension, chains and a wide range of bands. The gym is equipped with anything you need and the trainers take time with all of their clients to teach, coach, and mentor them in ways to improve their individual goals. Even if you are not a military member or athlete the gym will help you reach your fitness goals and has an atmosphere of team, family, and is judgement free.

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to M43 to work on lower back pain after some much needed physical therapy. I started training with Gabe and developed a routine to strengthen the areas that were causing my issues. All the staff I've met have been extremely helpful and the overall atmosphere is phenomenal. From high school athletes to the golden oldies that are running laps around me the environment is welcoming. Stop in and see the facilities and schedule a time with a trainer to help you understand the best way to achieve your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to try out M43 fitness when I was visiting my sister for the week and absolutely loved it. The gym was very clean and well organized to start which gave a great first impression! It has all the equipment you could ever need to get an amazing workout. I loved following along my sister’s workout via the app provided by one of the trainers too. Such a convenient way to workout on your own time but still with guidance from a professional. I wish we had a gym similar to this in Virginia but I will definitely be back whenever I visit.

The gym has a great non-judgemental atmosphere along with a real sense of community. The gym frequently takes part in local fitness and charity events and is a staple in the local community. It’s clear the the owners, Scott and Arie, take pride in their business and genuinely care about their members. If you’re looking for a gym in the Lansing (or Dewitt) area you absolutely MUST check out M43 Fitness.

It's easy to get intimidated in a gym, but you don't have to worry about that at M43! Very clean, nice Rogue equipment. Also, not extremely busy which is very nice because you never have to wait for equipment. Highly recommend!

The equipment is a cut above the rest of the places around the area, with a lot of variable, new and well maintained equipment. The gym is always clean and the bathrooms are perfectly maintained, and include a sauna. The fitness companion app, hours of operation, and flexibility to work out on my schedule are amazing additions to an already great place to workout. M43 fitness, while reasonably priced compared to other gyms, is well worth every cent, I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
