Experiencia fantástica: Aerial and her gym was everything I expected and more! She's always upbeat and knows how to push you without being a drill instructor. More importantly she is good at recognizing small muscle groups and areas where you need improvement and then finding ways to address them! Im looking forward to working with her regularly!! She truely listens to your goals, and you can tell she really cares about her clients!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending the summer bootcamp through Lifestyles By Choice, and I think that Ariel, the owner of the business, has done a fabulous job of pushing us toward our fitness goals. She doesn't let us quit or do less when she sees we're struggling; rather she encourages us to continue and helps us to keep going. She doesn't go easy on us, but she is also gracious and understanding. The classes are fun and different each time. They incorporate strength training and some cardio. Sometimes we compete in teams and even get prizes. I am never bored at bootcamp. Overall, my experience with Lifestyles By Choice has been a very positive one.

And like most of us who struggle with it, we don’t have a reliable and consistent outlet to help cope and manage these things. We also often times feel like there’s no one we can turn to or talk to about it. By working with Aerial Bender who is the founder and owner of lifestyles by choice, i’ve made extreme progress and my mental health has gotten a lot better. It’s believed that in pursuing the best versions of ourselves we will be able to find our why, our purpose and I truly believe that’s what lifestyles by choice is all about. Helping others discover their purpose in life while also helping them achieve the best possible versions of themselves. At Lifestyles By Choice not only do they care about your physical health but they care about your mental and overall health as well. I’ve only been with them for a few months and my life has already changed drastically. I highly recommend Lifestyles By Choice to any and everyone who is looking for that missing piece in their life.

I was having a hard time working out with my busy schedule and also had a hard time finding babysitting for my 4 year old. It was exciting for me to find a place to Come work out and I could also bring my son. I like that Aerial has not only helped me become physically healthier but I also feel like she cares about my mental Health as well and that has been a game Changer for me!! I would recommend this gym to anyone. I’ve learned so many exercises from the classes I’ve attended.

Is that she takes the time to get to know her clients as an individual and not a number; unlike other gyms I’ve been to before. Her studio is a judgment-free zone, and each workout is tailored to your level of fitness; Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advance. Not only will she guide you throughout the process, she’ll also help you gain the confidence you never knew you had; or if you’re like me. She’ll remind you what it feels like to be a badass again.
