Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy that I found Corestrong and Lagree. It has been the best thing for my lower back issues and I am much stronger because of it. The instructors are amazing and give you lots of ways to modify or level-up your workout. I haven’t been this addicted to a workout in a really long time.

All the instructors are so knowledgeable and willing to answer questions or offer insight. There are a variety of class times to fit just about any work schedule, and I always feel welcome when I come to a new class with new people. The studio is located right off the freeway, which is another huge bonus.

The teachers are sooo qualified & friendly & give a variety of challenging classes. I observed several classes & then immediately joined. I encourage everyone to come & try the 2 classes for $15. You’ll be hooked.
