Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Zumba Boise for about a month now and I absolutely love this place! The instructors are so amazing! A special shout out to Katherine and Melanie for making Monday’s and Wednesday’s feel like a party instead of a work out! Katherine always makes it so entertaining and I just love her spirit and enthusiasm! The energy is so high and all the girls make it personable and comfortable! No judgment at Zumba Boise whatsoever. I highly recommend this company to all ages and give it a 10/10!!

Experiencia fantástica: COOL Room!! Awesome art, black light colors and lights. The instructor had the Best Energy and seemed to be Genuinely Enjoying the Class.. I am new'ish to Zumba and although I wasn't able to be as coordinated as I'd like, I had a Blast!!!! I felt welcomed and without judgment by everyone there. And today I'm feeling it in the Best way.. I Will be Back.

Experiencia fantástica: LIFE CHANGING! I was hooked after my first class. Zumba itself has helped me get back into shape, control my asthma, and even has helped boost my self esteem. The instructors make sure first and foremost that you are having fun in class. Those who cannot do certain moves are shown ways to modify it to their specific needs. Even if you have two left feet there is no dance shame in the Zumba game!

Experiencia fantástica: I hate the gym. It's super boring. I needed to find some other way to get a workout in and I decided to give Zumba a try again. Then I found this little place.. and I have to say that I absolutely love Zumba Boise! It's a lot of fun and I always feel like my butt has been kicked when I'm done! There are many different class times, and different instructors so there's great style variety. I like their location, and the price is really great! Try at least one class and see how you like it!

Experiencia fantástica: They do a great job of providing a variety of fun, high energy fitness classes in a super friendly and non-judgemental environment. Everybody there seems like family. All their classes are great but I especially enjoy yoga which I got in to recently and had always wanted to try. If you have wanted to try yoga I would highly recommend taking their first free class for all newcomers. It’s addicting! The rates are also very affordable.
