Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit E3 is amazing! I have been doing CrossFit for almost five years and I have been at E3 for the past six months. I am consistently impressed with the professional environment and amazing trainers. The classes and training modifications allow both beginners and competitive CrossFit athletes to train in an environment that pushes them to achieve their goals. E3 also has some great perks like childcare, yoga classes, and a clean and organized environment with great equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. When I was looking to get started six months ago, I searched out a couple of local CrossFit Boxes. I contacted another in Eagle and asked about referrals. I'm a sales guy, always looking for a deal. Initially, that's what I thought I wanted was a deal until I realized I was getting so much more than a CrossFit box with E3. The other box told me I could get Spark energy drink mix for referring clients. Come to find out, the energy drink mix is from an MLM company which is highly promoted at this other box. That was a complete turnoff. But here's what I got... At E3, I received a team of trainers who know what they're doing and coach you to do it correctly. They don't coach you to compete at the same pace or weight as everyone else or as prescribed. They coach you to do it at your level. They want to avoid injury, and I appreciate that they coach to my level. We warm up as a team, together as a group. We do the WOD as a team. We stretch after the WOD as a team. We are a team. Although we're individuals, we aren't individuals. The people at E3 have become my friends. I feel like they care about me and I sure care about them. We are a family. Something I wasn't prepared for when I signed up, but something I value today. Crossfit E3 in Eagle is the only CrossFit box I'd attend. It's my home...

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit E3 is an amazingly empowering gym! Kristen, the owner, is all about women supporting women and she puts her money where her mouth is. She’s not just talk; her actions are changing the world for women and athletes. Mikey, a trainer, is kind and patient and very thorough. He takes the time to explain what you are doing and WHY you are doing it. Sarah, who teaches the kids’ CrossFit class, is amazing with children. My daughter is a painfully shy 5 year old and she opens up at CrossFit. CrossFit has given her confidence and Sarah is so patient and great at explaining everything from the ground up. Last class she even went over nutrition with the kids. This gym has changed my family’s life!

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't realize what I was missing until I came to E3 from another gym. Within a year the excellent coaches dramatically improved my lifting technique, gymnastics movements, and workout strategies. The owners- Pat and Kristen- are wonderful people and outstanding coaches, and the other coaches are also knowledgeable, personable, and engaged. Getting up for the 5:15 a.m. is no picnic, but the coaches, programming, and members are a highlight of each day!

Experiencia fantástica: E3 has been my crossfit home for over four years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The Crossfit community is so strong here, we laugh, we cry, we “embrace the suck” together day after day. Pat and Kristen keep it fun and positive while keeping all the coaching spot on. I always feel like they put their athletes and their athletes health first. We Are a strong and amazing family, and there’s always room for more!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I recently stayed in Meridian, ID while visiting family and dropped into CrossFit E3 three times. We had a different coach for each of those visits and they all did a great job! As a staff, they led warmups that were not only effective, but engaging and welcoming to us as drop-ins. Across those three days, the programming included a wide range of movements (from pistols to rope climbs to heavy cleans to muscle ups), which the coaches were well-equipped and well-versed to instruct. We were immediately welcomed by their friendly community and by the end of the first WOD, we were fist bumping other athletes on a first name basis. As coaches at our home gym in Birmingham, AL, my husband and I left CrossFit E3 with several things to take home to help better ourselves and our athletes. If you’re considering CrossFit E3 as a drop-in or as your new gym home, we highly recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is absolutely amazing! I've been going here for 2 1/2 years and have never had a negative experience. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and seem to know when I need to be pushed or need to scale in order to stay safe. Safety and proper technique are a priority to the coaches and athletes. It's a great mix of a fun, family feeling all while working hard. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to change their life!

Every exercise is modifiable to any fitness level, and the coaches take your safety seriously. They are experts at making sure each movement is done correctly. And when you're skills show that you are capable of more effort they push you to do your best. Love this box!

Incredible facility, child care for certain classes, state of the art equipment, etc. All those things are important, but what truly sets E3 apart is the people. The coaches here are incredible. Knowledgeable and caring, they provide a safe, comfortable environment for beginner athletes to competitors. I strongly recommend E3 to my friends and family and do the same for anyone interested in a top quality, professional Crossfit experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! If you have any doubts about crossfit, this place will change your mind. I was an out of shape mother of two very leary of crossfit. I have never experienced any type of exersise that addresses the whole person! Strength , confidence, self worth, friendships are just some of the benifits of crossfit. I started with a six week challenge taught by owner Kristen Brown with 24 other women. We were all at different ages, cultures, fitness levels, and abilities and cross fit fit each of us. We were taught safety first, proper form, listen to our bodies... and anybody can do crossfit. They are amazing! I have never enjoyed any kind of gym type exercise until I walked into Crossfit E3!

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has been at Crossfit E3 for over a year and couldn't be happier! The coaching is top notch, and the community combined with the workouts have changed my life. These people have helped give me the tools to overcome challenges and physical struggles that I have faced due to a long term illness. It is more that just a Crossfit Box. It is a place filled with incredible people who encourage and push each other to achieve individual goals. This is the place for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced "exerciser". Everyone is the same, everyone is considered family!

Experiencia fantástica: I have to be honest I was a little hesitant of the crossfit community and that I wouldn't fit in with their normal. I was coming off a surgery and continue to deal with injuries I received from being in the military and never thought I would be able to do what they do. Pat called me personally after I signed up for their 6 week challenge and starting it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I could not be happier with the staff and the other members in the gym and my decision to be here, at this gym! If you think you can't, you can and these guys will show you the right way to get there and safely. My love for the gym and being able to workout has been fully rejuvenated and I owe it all to Crossfit E3.
