I love the fact that as a guest I was able to pay $5 for a class and never once was I hounded/emailed/called to join the gym unlike other places that are all about high pressure sales..I ended up joining because they have the best classes/instructors! and like that the owner is frequently on site to answer questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Thrive Community Fitness has everything necessary to smash your fitness goals. There is space for full-on HIIT, plenty of cardio machines, and of course, the full spectrum of free weights, and cable machines. The equipment is in good supply, well maintained, and kept clean. The staff are friendly, always ready to help, and always ready to maintain order. The only excuse left is you. Get on it!

Experiencia positiva: This is a nice gym. Staff is great. Unfortunately, this gym does get crowded. I’m aware that space is limited but it would be nice if they could expand and add additional racks at the very least. Came at 1:30 pm on a Monday and the weight floor on upper level was packed. Still a great gym if you can find a less crowded time of day to come.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a customer of Thrive since they opened. Facility has a large variety of exercise equipment, classes, trained staff to assist.

Experiencia positiva: Not a bad gym, some equipment is outdated, but other equipment is newer, it’s a fairly small gym however and not a lot of room to use free weights and lots of wait time for some machines due to how many people are there and the equipment available. It would be nice if it wasn’t as expensive, I understand it’s hard to compete with Planet Fitness 10 dollars a month but the only thing stopping me from getting a membership is I don’t feel like you quiet get your moneys worth with the outdated and crowded areas. Very friendly staff and they have a unique way of allowing everyone to carry around their own rag and cleaner instead of everyone touching the same one.

Every piece of equipment I need is there, it is never too crazy busy, the whole facility is consistently very clean and the staff are always super helpful. All for pretty dang cheap. Kinda sounds like a paid endorsement after I re-read that. . But nope, I unfortunately had to let my membership run out awhile back and I was driving by and that's what I thought. Oh, and that I need to get back in the gym ASAP! #pandemicpudge

I work out with Desmond and he is not only an amazing trainer but also an amazing person. He truly cares about your growth, wants what's best for you, and will cater every workout to your needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything related to fitness and health and has helped me come a long way in my fitness journey. Cannot say enough good things about him and I recommend him to anyone looking into PT!

Experiencia fantástica: Thrive Fitness is a good gym with just about everything you need to meet your fitness goals. It’s clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly. I can honestly say that Thrive has become my primary gym after a year and will stay that way.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is great, atmosphere is awesome. Just very relaxed and ample equipment and space to work out. The only thing I'd change is the lack of mirrors. There can never be enough mirrors. Other than that, it's a great local gym and all the staff and the owner are super friendly and a pleasure to be around. Oh yes another thing, This is a safe gym to work out in if you're not comfortable working out around women with little discretion. There's another local gym that is literally okay with one walking around in a speedo or bikini, but not here. Very family friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member here since 2018. I started seeing a trainer at the end of last summer and have had pretty amazing results so I might be biased :) Everyone there is incredibly friendly but I think what touched me the most is that the owner participates in a program that gives people with certain challenges a chance to work there. Every other day or so, there'll be someone there helping clean equipment/tidy up with a chaperone. I think it's amazing that the owner does this and it warms my heart whenever I see it. The pricing for training isn't too bad compared to some of the larger chains and yes, the place is very clean and rarely crowded when I go. I like Thrive!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't want to leave a good review just because I don't want this place to get crowded, but for the price what you get is pretty nuts. Two squat racks, two benches, plenty of cardio equipment. Would be nice to get the squat racks more separated as currently two people can't load/unload weights at the same time. I'd like to see is a lateral raise machine too, but mostly they have everything and often two of it. It's getting more crowded at night but still generally not that busy. I decided to leave a review because they've answered several of my questions on Facebook Messenger, which most gyms wouldn't do.

Experiencia fantástica: Thrive Fitness is an incredible gym. For the past 25 years I have been a member at many gyms. Today I joined Thrive. I am so excited to have this gym so close to home. Thrive is very accommodating in so many ways. Not only do they have hours to be open 24 hrs. But I found the staff super friendly the gym was very clean and has an incredible atmosphere. Oh and I loved the hydro message too. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Compared to the other gyms in the area, I like this one. I guess because it truly feels like a community gym. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It meets my needs. The only thing I could say is I wish I didn't have to use mats for cushion during deadlifts just because I have to stand on something else (platform, other plates) to compensate for the elevated barbell. It's not a deal breaker but would be nice not having to do the extra work. But I get it because it's not on the ground floor.

This is not my first gym but it’s for sure my favorite and I’ve been to a lot

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member here for the last 5 years and have enjoyed using this gym since day one. Always clean, including locker rooms. Staff are friendly and down to earth. Equipment is in really good shape and I don’t recall seeing any “out of order” signs on anything for longer than it would take to order in the part. Sad that my recent move out of the area resulted in needing to leave this gym, otherwise I can’t think of a better facility. I would absolutely recommend this gym to friends and family

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym in Lacey. I have been a member here for 4 years. It is a family oriented environment. They have military discounts. I prefer to work out on the weekend and not drive 30 miles to and from the gym on post. The staff and trainers are very friendly. They are true professionals at what they do. The gym is very clean because the staff constantly clean common areas. There are plenty of classes to participate in throughout the week and a spacious area for weightlifting.

I practice my workouts at all times of the day as early as 5am and as late as 5pm, I've never had occasion to not use any equipment needed for any workout on any day. The staff is super as is the owner, Paul!

The staff welcome everyone by name and immediately offered me a full tour. The childcare IS GREAT. This was my escape from the kids- I could work on myself knowing that they're well taken care of. The equipment is well maintained and the personal training staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and effective!

Workers are nice and positive. The owner, Paul, is friendly and professional. Managers, Steven and Danni, are committed and competent. I love the child care "teachers" they are kind and patient and good at communicating with parents and kids. Class instructors are personable and experienced. And the personal trainers are ready and equipped to help you reach your fitness goals. Come on in, and take a tour!
