Experiencia fantástica: Been with TKM for 3 months now and it is fantastic - the workout is fun and the team inspires and really pushes me to levels I would not achieve by myself. And did I mention its FUN? Overall the everyone that comes is very friendly and from varied backgrounds, young and old, male and female.... in addition to getting in my fitness I am also learning effective self defense! Lastly, the instructors are first class - really know how to motivate and pull you in......
