Experiencia fantástica: I've been going since before the doors offically opened. It's grown from a small group of friends into a large group of family in the few years its been open. It's great for kids, they have fun & still learn Muay Thai. Everyone is treated as an equal, egos are always left the door. From first timers to vets, everyone gets treated with respect at this gym. Bullying is not tolerated so don't miss out because you're worried about not being as experienced as everyone else. Stop on by & take one of the free trial classes. I'm sure you'll like it!

Experiencia fantástica: Great people. OP shouts out your name as you walk through the door with a huge smile on his face. TK is extremely friendly and encouraging. All of the coaches are friendly yet focused and very skilled. They'll push you far past what you thought your limitations were as long as you are consistent and they've given me sound advice every time I've sought it out. I love coming here to train. They've cultivated very positive motivating energy in this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a dream come true. I just moved to the area and have trained at gyms all over Asia and the U.S., and this is one of the best I've ever experienced. From the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed like family. The vibe here is incredible. I feel both challenged to push beyond my comfort zones, and always safe that I will be given all the tools to get there. The coaches are serious, focused, incredible, and classes have mixed levels which at first I thought would intimidate me but actually makes everything better because you learn watching the advanced people and everyone is so focused on improving themselves and supporting each other that you never feel out of place whether it's your first day or your thousandth. That is not an easy balance to strike! And definitely is a testament to the values and spirit of the founder and leader of the gym. Plus there's a friendly dog who sometimes shows up to give you side-eye if you're not jumping rope fast enough. I can't say enough good things about this gym! It's incredible.

Experiencia fantástica: Sad that tonight was my last night to train at the "U"... Staff and ownership are very welcoming and present a friendly, if not family type of environment. Coaches are all top notch and will have you improving every class! The other people in the class are great too, friendly and helpful, working together to get better. Only reason I am leaving is I do not live in the area and my work project is coming to an end. If I ever head back this way I will DEFINITELY be dropping in again!!! 1, 2, 3...U!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came into this gym with 2 left feet and never having experienced any boxing or martial arts in my 28 years of life. I agree with the other comments about the friendliness of this place. I recommend Remy if you want a private lesson. Remy is both knowledgeable and respectful. Group classes are a great workout. With COVID 19 they have been doing a good job following guidelines that have been set for them. As a women I feel safe there and now have my 6 year old daughter taking the kids class! She leaves class with a new boost of confidence in herself each time.

Great workout environment, the staff is A1 (you get more than you pay for), training is moderate to intense, you will learn, and best of all as a beginner its easy to be self conscious but it's a judgement free zone, positive vibes all around

I have taken so much of the teachings, from traditional boxing to Muay Thai, and implemented ALL of it into my game. It has definitely given me the edge in competition. Coach Alex Banks provides a very real authentic muay thai experience for beginners and seasoned fighters alike. Everyone is welcoming and supportive from the coaches, to TK, to the students, to Banks the human relations liaison. All the classes from Muay Thai, to ju-jitsu, to capoeira are led by amazing, knowledgable teachers who will give you the best training around. I highly HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, awesome workout today at United Thai Boxing & MMA!!! The Muay Thai Boxing class was amazing! Fun, intense and challenging!!! Coach Alex and Coach Adam are great teachers of the art of Muay Thai. Their attention to detail as true Muay Thai experts is impressive. I have trained in Karate, Kung Fu and Hapkido (black belt), but I found the real life application of Muay Thai to be invaluable... plus I got a kick butt workout!!! I will be going back to "The U"!!!
