Experiencia fantástica: I've been to over 10 CF boxes since starting a couple of years ago, either as a member/drop-in if traveling/vacationing. Synergy CrossFit most importantly, focuses on member safety by knowing how to scale every movement and skill appropriately for all level of athletes. Additionally, there are classes beginning as early as 5:45am and as late as 5:30pm. Three classes provide staffed child-care to allow those parents who often can't go to most CrossFit boxes to be able to come, without worries. A weekly Yoga class is also offered for members, and currently, there is a LaCrosse camp for high-schoolers 5 days/wk with 2 different sessions. Shower facility, social events, top-of-the-line equipment, and a friendly group of people to work-out with are also included. Don't miss out!

Experiencia fantástica: For years, I wanted to try crossfit but I was too daunted, thought I was too out of shape, wouldn't be able to do the exercises (pull ups? Not this girl) and would be uncomfortable around others who were far fitter than I. Recently, I came across Synergy and it was in a perfect location for me--where John's Creek and Suwanee meet. I worked up my nerve to call and ask about it; I was brutally honest about my fears. It was Will the owner who I spoke to and he took ample time to explain how he scales each class so that beginners (as well as the top athlete and everyone in between) will find the exercises (Workout of the Day) challenging yet doable. Will's reassuring nature convinced me to try it for a free week...and while it was certainly more challenging than any exercise regime I've done in the past, it was very effective and strangely addicting. I was welcomed and encouraged by Will and other coaches and even other members. It's been amazing and I couldn't be happier with the facility (very clean, modern, well equipped), the daily workouts (different every day, which I love--never boring!), the staff and the entire atmosphere. Whether you're a top athlete or a beginner like I was, Synergy is an outstanding Crossfit gym.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I just started going here. We have been members of other crossfit boxes and we love this one. Coaches are great and it is really family friendly. The even have a girl who watches kids in the evening sessions, which allows us to work out. Huge facility and really nice equipment compared to most. Also, there are members at all levels of fitness, and everyone is very friendly and supportive.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone new to crossfit but not to fitness, Will has made it easy to jump right in and still push me to a new level. I have seen more progress in my physical abilities in the past month then I have in years. I am a true believer now and have synergy to thank!

Experiencia fantástica: Large space, in a convient area near Metlock Bridge and McGinnis Ferry. All brand new Rouge equipment and an incredible flooring system and Wodify for logging and tracking your workouts. Great coaches, fun workout with great members.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best gym experience I've had. The owner and coaches are knowledgable and friendly, and the gym has a family feel to it. The equipment is top of the line and well-maintained, and they even offer childcare for no additional fee.

Experiencia fantástica: The community at Synergy is welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are great and push to be better. The workouts are always challenging and keep you working for more. If you are looking for a fitness family, this is the place for you and the whole family. CrossFit kids is also a wonderful opportunity for our daughters to get the basics of functional workouts and strive to get stronger.

It's great if you're a current CrossFitter - or even if you're looking to get started. Their programing accommodates all levels! Can't recommend enough :)

Experiencia fantástica: If you don't think someone 65 can do this, you'd be wrong! Synergy skillfully scales the workouts to accommodate anyone's fitness level or age. Synergy CrossFit has literally transformed my life! I am getting stronger and more fit with each session. I give 5 stars!

This place has created the perfect fitness environment for the area. The owner is an awesome guy. I can't say enough good things about Synergy. I've loved it every time I've gone, as everyone is incredibly uplifting and has a great attitude toward life and toward fitness. The facility is second to none, and the workouts are rigorous but fulfilling. 10/10 would recommend it!

I was very out of shape and frankly scared to death to start such a rigorous workout routine. But I can honestly say that I love it. After much careful consideration, I decided to join Synergy with my husband. Of course, the most important factor for me was having staffed childcare with people that I trusted. After meeting Will Hamilton, owner and coach, I was sold. All of the coaching is outstanding. I am no longer scared to lift weights and my body is truly changing after only a short 2 months. You will not be disappointed at Synergy Crossfit. Definitely worth the money for such a family oriented community!
