Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit PPG is an all around awesome gym! The trainers are knowledgeable, helpful, motivational, and patient. This gym welcomes everyone from the avid "crossfitter" to the very beginner. The trainers can and will customize your workout to match your level. Everyone is very friendly and made me feel very welcome from day one. I would honestly recommend this gym to anyone! If you want a workout regime and program that actually WORKS and gives exceptional RESULTS then this is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: Neil and Ronnie have put together a great gym! The facility is great and the equipment is all new. Their athletic background, training knowledge, and personal drive make them an inspiration to train with. If you want to get results and are in the North-East Atlanta area, it is worth the visit! Not only that but they are the lowest CrossFit rates I have found yet. You owe it to yourself to try out CrossFit PPG.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit PPG, TJ, and their community provided a wonderful experience for my drop in. The facility was clean, organized, large, and well stocked on equipment. The community was super welcoming, almost every single person introduced themself and were talkative. The coaching was very involved. TJ checked in with me multiple times to make sure I understood what was going on, as well even provided some video feedback and constructive critiques. The class and wod were well planned and applicable and offered a great workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked out at this awesome box twice while visiting my daughter who was also looking for another CrossFit gym to join. I have dropped into nearly 10 different CrossFit gyms over the years whenever I’ve been traveling and CrossFit PPG has to be one of the friendliest, if not the friendliest one, I’ve ever been to. Not only are the coaches friendly and welcoming but the members are as well. In addition, the gym was clean, the WOD was structured, the programming was good … what more can you ask for? This is definitely a gym I’d return to and even join if I lived in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into CrossFit PPG twice while in the area for work. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The facility was large, well equipped and very clean. It was the definition of a traditional box which is so nice to find, especially while traveling. The programming was challenging yet fun, the coaches were stellar and the athletes were so friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Trying to find friendly, good quality boxes has always been a challenge, but can safely say I found my box away from home when I'm in the North Atlanta area here. Coach Madeline and Coach Abby worked with me to figure out some great variations that worked well with my healing hand. I got the sweat I needed and enjoyed the welcoming environment. Experiencia fantástica: This is my home gym. I started here completely new to Crossfit. The coaching team's thorough training approach has allowed me to consistently progress and reach my goals in a safe manner. This is a great community of great people. I am lucky to have found PPG!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined up at this gym about a year ago, and after getting into a healthy diet, and coming into the gym 3x a week, I have lost over 100lbs! It's the best deal I ever made (compared to other gyms personal training session of $400 a month!). Coming into class each day is its own personal training session. The coaches will work out with you, and the coach on duty will even give you the advice you need to correct your form. Too many gyms just want you to sign up and make you forget that you're paying a fee. At CrossfitPPG you're signing up for a new life style! I highly recommend trying it out for a few months!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great crossfit gym in the Norcross area. Because of a new job I switched from Crossfit Terminus to Crossfit PPG. They welcomed me in, I felt really comfortable right away. They have good equipment and even use technology (Wodify) to help remember, improve and encourage fellow gym mates. The other members are a diverse group of friendly people with varying levels of fitness. Everyone works their hardest no matter how strong and fit they are- thats all that matters!

I've been a member for about 6 months now and not only have I seen great physical improvements, but it has an overall positive impact on my daily life as well. The coaches here constantly help you to improve and better yourself. Overall it's been a great experience, and I would highly recommend this box.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the opportunity to drop in yesterday. They really have a great program going. They go out of their way to help you and make sure you have everything you need. For example, We were doing heavy cleans that day and I did not bring my wrist wraps with me on my work trip and the trainer actually gave me his to use during class. They also have a good group of people there. Everyone there was awesome. The next time I am in Norcross I am definitely going to drop back in.

I walked in scared and pretty nervous, but then I realized that there are tons of people there - of all ages and abilities - just wanting to work out and hang out! Coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable.

You know you're in a good place when the people coaching you through a hard workout knows the exact same pain you are going through.
