The classes that come with the general membership are nice. Best $ for the value, if you’re questioning it they have many different membership options and a couple trials.

Crossfit gym included, along with group fitness classes for all fitness levels and personal training also. Facility was clean and the protein shakes taste great (I don’t need ten scoops). #bestgymindubuque

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is clean.. the people are very friendly. Try a cross fit or Focus workout. There are classes for hot yoga, plates. Enjoy a recovery protein smoothie. Personally, I like the peanut butter but you choose whatever rocks your world after a hard workout. Shout out to Cassie..you can try her classes as well

Experiencia fantástica: Easily one of my favorite gyms. When I first moved to Dubuque, this was the first gym I tried, tried others, but they weren’t as good as Volv (was called True Fitness at the time). Staff is friendly and have a diverse selection of equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved into Dubuque and after a year of not working out I decided to reach out to a couple locations throughout Dubuque to find the best fit. Within 30 minutes of emailing a couple places to get a better idea of the gyms I got a friendly response letting me know a staff member would reach out soon. Less than an hour later, I had a staff member reach out and set up a time to tour their facility and go over all their options. All the other places responded the next day. A week after joining Amanda from True.Fitness reach out to make sure I had a great first week. The staff goes the extra step to make your feel welcome and comfortable, the gym is always clean and they offer tons of classes!

Experiencia fantástica: I was slowly making the transition over to more at-home fitness workout programs, and as monotonous as those programs could get, there simply weren't any local gyms that were much better. That is, until I discovered True Fitness. The Focus program was exactly what I was looking for in terms of intensity and continual variation of workouts. I'm a little over a month in and I'm very happy with the decision to join. As other reviews have stated, Kory does a great job with the Focus program - he provides just the right amount of encouragement (and harassment) to keep you moving. The front desk team I've interacted with (Amanda and Heather) also make you feel welcomed. Very happy with my experience so far!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m visiting from out of town. I looked up this gym a few day before I arrived in Dubuque.The staff is friendly and professional. The areas are well maintained and clean. They have a variety of classes (Group fitness classes, CrossFit, and more that I don’t remember) and plenty of equipment (Free weights, strength machines, and cardio) to choose from. Never extremely busy. I would recommend this to anyone visiting.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been a long time sense I enjoyed going to the gym. It had become a had to for so many reasons instead of a want to! Kory and Focus have made all the difference. I am in love with that class and his workouts, so much so that I actually get up and get to the 5:30am class! No matter the time of day the rest of the staff is very welcoming, the gym and equipment are top notch! I highly recommend! Thank you Kory!
