Experiencia positiva: Fun events for kids, but they have adults training just over the curtain/net who are blasting music full of swearing and adult content. They also host random wellness seminars where the kids playing soccer have to be quiet. Not great planning.

Experiencia fantástica: My son decided at 10 yrs old that he wanted to play football. Having never played and knowing nothing about the game, we wanted to get him some extra help to get caught up. He started seeing Kenny a few days a week about 4 months ago. Prior to going to KSM he had not been an athletic kid, so things like agility and endurance were lacking to say the least. Kenny has worked with him and my little man has done a 180. He understands the game, he’s more active overall and most exciting to me, he’s confident and wants to try other sports. Moving on to me. Lol! Like so many, COVID has hit my waistline hard! A friend of mine started going to the morning boot camps. I asked if she minded if I tagged along, just to check it out. Normally I would be nervous and feel uncomfortable because I’m out of shape and I know next nothing about properly using weights/resistance in a workout. I walked in with my friend and all of that anxiety went away. Everyone was very encouraging and nice, I never felt judged at all. The group is smaller so I was totally comfortable asking questions. The instructor would show the group how to do the exercise and has been more than willing to help individually as needed. It’s honestly everything I needed and more. I feel good, I’m driven to improve and while it’s hard work it is nice to do this for myself. Being a mom and working, sometimes you let life get in the way. You make excuses to keep yourself from trying. I’m beyond grateful I stopped making excuses and stepped out of my comfort zone. I can’t wait to see all of the progress I will make! KSM has made such a positive impact on my son and I. I would highly suggest anyone even thinking about joining, just give it a try. You won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: KSM has been a Godsend for myself and my kids. Both kids absolutely LOVE IT! Home away from home. My 16yo daughter is a Varsity Cheerleader and goes there for strength training. Chuck has done wonders for her strength. While he’s not a cheer coach, he has helped train her muscles to be used correctly and she has grown as an athlete since starting to train with him. My 9yo son trains with Kenny for speed and agility. He plays football and basketball. He looks forward to his training days and loves to grow as an athlete as well. Their morning boot camp is also wonderful! 1 hour of bootcamp in the mornings before work has helped to reestablish better mental health and self care. I am overall so thankful to join the KSM family. Every coach is engaged and involved with training. Facility is extremely clean and sanitized after every use.

Experiencia fantástica: Had our son's 7th Birthday Party here. Was a great experience! New facility, clean, great lighting, friendly staff. Kids were kept active and happy. Good space for adults to hang out / interact, as well as for food / cake / drinks, etc. Highly recommend!

With winter right around the corner, it's nice to see a clean and well-lit facility built in such a convenient location in Powell, OH. Ryan Kunk is has created an exceptional indoor fitness facility for people and teams of all ages to hone their craft and maintain their well being. Nice work Ryan!
