Plus, you get to just show up and someone else tells you how to work out, so that’s nice. It’s much more than just going to a gym. It’s all functional training that not only helps with muscle tone and strength, but also, maybe more importantly, helps your body move better by focusing on muscles that get left behind otherwise.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an AMAZING local fitness studio! The remodel has added a fresh clean look and the open functionality of the gym makes it easy to workout and still have space. Lineah really knows how to inspire and motivate her groups as do the other fitness instructors. I used to belong to OT and gave it up when I found this place. Never going back!
