Experiencia fantástica: I started here in the Boot Camp, which seemed too good to be true for the value but it was everything I hoped for and more! During my 6 -week boot camp, I lost 8 pounds and 7 inches from my body! It's not for the faint of heart but then again, you have to work for your reward! I have stayed on as a monthly customer because all of the trainers are motivating, super helpful and my fellow gym goers are very supportive. I have to admit, I was intimidated my first week but everyone was so welcoming. We never do the same workouts twice and Shayne is great at pushing me to get better/work harder with every session. I also love that there are so many options for times to workout. I never thought I would be at the gym at 6:15am, 5 days a week but here I am, 2+ months later getting stronger everyday! I especially love Mobility training on Fridays! With knee issues, I've lost some flexibility and range of motion over the years, but I am slowly gaining it back with the Friday workouts!

After joining Fit Factory I noticed results immediately. Shayne has created a training regime of several different elements that work! No two days are the same. It is hard! No lie! Experiencia fantástica: First of all, this gym is awesome! If you're intimidated by gym equipment or need a boost of motivation to work out, this is for you. I find myself rolling up to the 7 am class without even knowing how I got there. It works!! Secondly, the trainers are personable, encouraging and knowledgeable! Shane knows everyone by name and is a very motivating trainer. I look forward to going to the gym everyday!

Experiencia fantástica: Oh wow where to start! I been attending for about a month. I have always wanted to start working out. Until now is that I have found a place where i feel comfortable, all the trainers are amazing. I have never felt “out of place” as I have felt at gyms before. These guys have made me realize how capable I can be if I put work into it. The work outs are awesome. Once you have completed one you will feel so accomplished that you will for sure come for more.

Classes repeat every 45 minutes throughout the day, making it easy to work into your schedule, and each day focuses on a different area!

Not only are the workouts challenging, but he has created a sense of community within the gym. All of the trainers are helpful and friendly. It has made a place where clients can come and feel welcome no matter their fitness level. Trainers can help you modify your workout to your needs, whether that is more or less challenging.
