It took me a little longer but now I take Krushbox and it’s become a family affair. Two and a half years later and we are so grateful for all we’ve gotten from PMA! Best decision ever

We have been customers for years and it’s been wonderful watching all the kids grow, not only with their skills and belt levels but more so with their confidence and self esteem. I’ve also recently started their Krushbox program! LOVE IT! They really do offer something for everyone in the family.

My 8 year old and my 3 year old love it and I love the Krushbox classes too. From the moment we walked in the doors we were treated like family.

I have been doing krushbox for the past five weeks and I feel better than I ever have. I feel stronger and more confident. The trainers are incredible (Sarah, Ashley, Boskey, and Mr. Garcia are the ones I've worked with the most)! They're kind, meet you where you are, and know when to push you. I've loved every moment of it and i'm so happy I found the little gem in Dover Delaware(:

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was kind and helpful. I was able to learn the basics of kickboxing within 6 weeks. I would’ve loved to have also taken the Krav Maga classes but unfortunately they are 40 minutes from where I live. Great experience within my 6 weeks with them.

His brother Andrew has been going for several years and is now a Red belt II. They are not only a karate school coaches they make everyone feel like family. Black and Green!!!!!!!! Awesome!!!!!

As a parent, I have seen an increase in self-confidence, respect at home, and physical fitness. Mr. Bravo is both firm and kind, making for a fun class each time. My daughter loves the weapons training!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a fitness instructor, so when it comes to being able to defend yourself, one would think “Strength” and “Endurance” would be all that you may need... NOT the case at all. I attended their free Women’s Self defense class on Saturday April 13th and I am beyond grateful that I did! After being there for an hour and being taught by a very professional and informative instructor(accompanied by two other wonderful young ladies who were amazing), I left feeling confident , POWERFUL and even stronger! What they taught me in just that hour alone, may save my life, if needed. It was a great experience and I will be coming back for more!
