Experiencia fantástica: Marie is an amazing Zumba instructor. She is fun, authentic and one of my favorite Zumba instructors ever. I get a great workout and truly enjoy myself in her class. I'm also glad that this location has a spin class now. I left another Crunch gym due to a bad Zumba instructor and because I wanted to do spin class. This gym has both now. It's my go to location even though I have 2 other locations near me.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm going to start off by mentioning that I come here for only one reason- Zumba. Specifically, a class taught by Trivia. I have never used the equipment, I have never spent any extra time here outside of the Saturday morning class. That being said, when I come in, I'm always greeted by the front desk. Everyone is very pleasant. From overall prospective, the place looks clean and well equipped. Obviously there must be something great because there are also plenty of people. I did noticed these machines that look a little different from the rest. I once asked a friend about them, she informed me that these are full body work stations. So in a certain amount of time, you go through each machine and you should get a great workout. I found that to be a delightful idea. On to my favorite part- Zumba! Trivia is an amazing instructor. The classes are fun, high energy, great music, and obviously I'm not the only one to like them because the class is always full. As Long as Trivia is teaching, I'll be attending.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism It's a nice place to go break a sweat and get help with your overall fitness training. Everyone there is very nice and helpful and I can usually find someone to help me if needed! I enjoy coming not only because of the environment but because of the pure joy from it.

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch Fitness is an awesome place to do any form of workout! Half of the people I know all have memberships at Crunch fitness. There are so many types of people who workout here, and the environment is great! The place is clean and has a great variety of equipment to use. There is also plenty of space as the room is big. Overall I have had only positive experiences at Crunch Fitness and I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! They keep place clean and it doesn’t smell like dirty sweat pants. Their choice of music can be very annoying so bring your own music. But that’s subjective, but I’m OLD and don’t like new Lilly-pop stuff. Great place!

People are friendly, the staff are friendly. The water machine has a water bottle fill up. And all these little things add up to a big thing, a good gym to go to everyday.

Wish they had a few more power racks but the one is usually open. Can't beat the price at Crunch either. Overall very good experience at this gym, would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This crunch gym is amazing! It is always clean and the kid area is well maintained. I had an issue on my account (my fault) and they fixed it no problem. The trainers are all really friendly and really do care about their clients. This isn't even the closest crunch to me but it's the only one that I go to because they are just great with their customers.

Environment is friendly and folks working out are dedicated to improving their fitness. Very low key gym, just show up and workout. Equipment well maintained with plenty of room to workout. Can’t beat the low price.

Experiencia fantástica: This location is a lot of fun. They have a great friendly staff who are very helpful. I mainly went for the exercise classes. You had to arrive early for the Saturday am classes due to their very energetic and friendly teachers.

Experiencia fantástica: I work out in the rocklin crunch and this crunch. Both are very good gyms for the money. I wish the weekend hours were a little later 7 pm is very early to close. But over all very good gym, always clean friendly and Ivan the manager is very helpfully and nice. The equipment is well kept and managed well. Keep up the great work crunch!

Experiencia fantástica: I came here before I had kids for a while. Now that my twins are 1 we are back. I wasn’t sure how they would do in childcare but the staff have been so wonderful and they work hard to make sure my kiddos have a great time.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym! Left Cal Fit where the atmosphere was very negative and noone was friendly, staff and clients alike. Now that I am working out at Crunch I am not only motivated and dedicated coming for 2 hours m-f i have made so many wonderful firends in the amazing staff and clients who workout there along side me. The space and equipment are clean and in working order, looking around most days, people are smiling and enjoying the company and workouts. People are happy and converse, including the staff, who wouldn't want a membership here. Oh and a shout out to the amazing Personal training staff and mamagement who assist you and make you feel welcome without pressure to buy! One of my friends is squashing her goals with her amazing trainer!

Experiencia fantástica: Membership price is great and there is plenty of nicely maintained equipment. Things get fixed quickly when needed. Has everything I need for a good workout. The AC is good even on really hot days.

Experiencia fantástica: Mornings are less crowded than the Rocklin location. Great classes with wonderful instructors. Locker room is very clean. Has changing room and showers available. Child's space is smaller than other gyms, but not too small. They also have fun play centers for preschool age to play. Friendly front counter staff as well! More older patrons which doesn't surprise me based on the affluence and demographics of the area, I would assume most are retired or close to it. Very nice location to get a real work out and not worry about meat head types. only thing I would say needed improvement is a water fountain near the classroom.
