The space is HUGE so you don’t have to wait for the selfie-takers to finish up their “deadlifts”. Finally, you get major encouragement from fellow gym goers on your journey to wherever you’er going. Experiencia fantástica: First off, Dave and Wendy are two of the nicest, most genuine people that you are ever going to meet! They have a wealth of knowledge from their massive amount of experience that they are freely willing to share. The gym is unbelievable and you can get in any workout that you can think of. They also have a great knowledge of supplements and helped get me on a new plan to try. Every time I am up in the area for work I always stop by!

Experiencia fantástica: Only had the chance to lift here for three days, but they were some of the most intense days i’ve had in the gym. The atmosphere in this place makes you want to throw more weight on, and the owners Dave and Wendy are some of the kindest and most down to Earth people i’ve met in the gym. Wish i could pick up the whole place and bring it home with me!
